This web page is a collection of work I accomplished during my practicum experience in the spring of 2023. I worked with Chef Geoffrey, a culinary instructor at ICCC, and along side him I visited two restaurants to take photos of the food, drinks, and the chefs working. The first place I visited was Cattleman's Steakhouse, and the second was an event held by the ICCC Culinary students at Willow Ridge Restaurant and Bar. Below is a gallery for both events, accompanied with my short summary of the event.
